Glowing New Mommy

Her first ever cousin - how exciting - I'm so glad she got to meet him :)

We had an amazing trip. Genna really bonded with everyone and had SUCH a blast.
When the plane was taxiing to take off from Minneapolis I burst into tears. It was so hard to leave, we just had SUCH a great trip. Genna looked up to see me crying and started to laugh and touched my face. That calmed me down - it was like she just knew that's what I needed. I do love that little pumpkin. At the end of the day she is Aussie but she is also a Minnesota girl :)

  1. Choked me up to read the comments and look at the photos from the blog of your Minnesota visit. It was a lovely time and Genevieve was so well adjusted and loving with everyone. We cherish our memories and look forward to seeing our Genna and her parents in the future. Love and Hugs, Grandma

  2. Urgh - I hate the long distance goodbye. Imagine it is even worse when the babies are going too :( However, as overhead someone say at the departure terminal a couple of years ago, "It's never good-bye, just see you later." :) Sounds like you had an awesome time and with plenty of people wanting to see you again, the next trip isn't too far away :)
